All systems and components are designed, assembled, and tested with a commitment to performance, reliability, and industrial-grade quality.

Product Specifications and Disclaimer

  • All products and systems offered by HUNCH Automation are manufactured or sourced to meet strict industrial standards.

  • Specifications, features, and performance data are provided in good faith and are based on our internal testing and manufacturer documentation.

  • Due to the technical nature of our products, slight variations in functionality or performance may occur depending on operational environment, system configuration, or integration methods.

  • Product images, diagrams, and documentation may be subject to change without prior notice to reflect upgrades or improvements.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility of products with their intended application or machinery.

Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed through:

      • Direct communication with our sales team

      • Authorized dealers or partners

      • Or by sending your product inquiry or requirements via WhatsApp

    • If you do not wish to place an order directly, you can simply send us a query on WhatsApp mentioning what you need, and our team will guide you through the process.

    • For larger or customized solutions, a formal quotation or proposal will be shared for approval.

    • Payment terms depend on the nature of the order:

      • Standard products may require full or advance payment.

      • Project-based solutions may involve milestone-based payments under a formal agreement.

    • HUNCH Automation reserves the right to cancel orders in case of incomplete or invalid payment information.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard product orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 business days. For customized or project-based solutions, timelines will be shared separately.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, location, and project scope.

  • We ship nationwide. International shipping is available upon request.

  • Any unforeseen delays due to logistics, import regulations, natural events, or other force majeure conditions are beyond our control.

  • Shipping charges and taxes, if applicable, will be clearly communicated in the invoice or during checkout.

Warranty and Returns

  • Most products come with a standard manufacturer or HUNCH Automation warranty (typically 6 to 12 months), which covers manufacturing defects under normal usage.

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect installations.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective products and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Customized or project-specific items are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

  • All content including product designs, manuals, images, technical documents, software, and the HUNCH Automation logo are the intellectual property of HUNCH Automation.

  • Reproduction, resale, distribution, or unauthorized use of any such material is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

  • All discussions, drawings, and proposals shared as part of a project engagement are to be treated as confidential unless agreed otherwise.

  • Clients are expected not to share proprietary information, technical documents, or quotations with third parties without written consent.

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information collected during communication or transactions will be used strictly for order fulfillment, support, and service improvement.

Governing Law
